Biography:  A recently retired Assistant Chief of Police with the Milwaukee Police Department, Ray has served the city as a law enforcement officer for more than 25 years.  She also serves as an adjunct professor  in the College of Professional Studies at Marquette University.  She holds undergraduate and master's degrees from Marquette University, along with several professional development certificates and other documents.

Funeral arrangements have been set for a Madison County teen killed in a wreck earlier this week.

19-year-old Michael Scott Edge was killed when the car he was riding in slammed into a pole on Highway 72 near Epworth Drive at 12:30 Wednesday morning. The driver of the car, 19-year-old Matthew Jones was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
