1 Huntsville to be held Sept. 17 | Arts & Culture
Interfaith Mission Service will hold 1 Huntsville, a monthly diversity dinner, on Sept. 17 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
People of all faiths, races, and cultures are welcome to attend this dinner, which will be held in the last building of the west campus of the National Children’s Advocacy Center Training Building at 210 Pratt Avenue. The dinner will last from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., and will cost $8. Admission will be $2 excluding the dinner. At 5:45 p.m., community news will be shared.
From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Robert Ferrell, a state representative for the National Center for Fair and Open Testing, will present “An Overview of Current Issues in Education Reform... And Resources for an Informed Opinion.”
