Memon trial for hindering prosecution set for Oct. | Crime
The father of the Discovery School shooter will go to trial in October for a hindering prosecution charge.
Prosecutors said Iqbal Memon tried to help get his son Hammad out of the country before his murder trial. Iqbal’s wife Safia pleaded guilty to attempted hindering prosecution in this case.
Iqbal Memon will go to trial October 28. He also faces an unrelated theft charge in Montgomery County.
