Court date set for accused 'Peeping Tom' | Crime
The man accused of spying on women in public restrooms will be in court in May.
Robert James Bell is accused of watching women in restrooms at a hotel, a restaurant and a business in Decatur.
He's already pleaded guilty to other charges in Decatur and in Athens.
Police suspect he's done the same in Huntsville and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
He'll be in a Morgan County courtroom May 29th for arraignment.
