HPD: Burglar tries to poison dog | Crime

Huntsville Police are looking for a person who broke into a Blue Springs Road business and tried to poison the dog inside.

The owner of Creative Upholstery said that sometime Sunday night, someone broke in, tried to poison the dog inside and left with stolen tools and merchandise.

Police reported that this is the second time the business has been burglarized in the past week.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
